Everything was exceptional. From when I first called regarding the recall, to taking it in, to the pick up. The only negative was the courtesy shuttle. I tried to call three times to no avail. I had to walk from the train station to the dealership. Definitely room for improvement there, but I cant be too mad since it is a "courtesy" shuttle.

Servicing the cat took too long-it was suppose to be ready by six but not until 7-closing time for service department. The cost to change transmission fluid was too high $590. Otherwise OK.
