The attending clerk was slightly rude. She seemed to underestimate my knowledge of my personal vehicle. She could’ve been more welcoming with her getting and body language.

I have an appointment for windows tint on 2/15. it confirmed by text. the services guy confirmed for me that day and all processing done. When I was waiting I received their phone call, they said they can't service for me , but next Monday is fine. I ask the reason, they said because you don't have an appointment. Well, if you don't like service for me please tell me . I will find another dealer to do that. But Why the text messages confirm my appointment 2 days ago......i dont know what your store has any special requiremend to customer ? or your store only.service for special guest. i dont know what happened to use. . you didn't do a good job in this case. i feel so bad.

Horrible service received, my issue was not resolved and is still having an issue that the mechanic can’t diagnose when I brought the vehicle in. I will be expecting a call from the service manager or the charges will be disputed.
