Although my complaint is minor it still bothered me. My service advisor was great she met and exceeded all my expectations. My problem is with your porters. While I understand that your car wash machine breaks often, but when I see the 10 cars prior to mine all still dripping water and the 3-5 after mine clean and washed and my new truck looks like it got hand washed with a paper towel and I ask politely “was it washed?” The porter responds “nope, machine is down” without ever slowing his stride or even looking at me.
