Juan Santacruz was phenomenal. The wait time was underquoated, and I ended up having to wait 4.5 hours. The only accommodation was a $5 Starbucks card. It makes wanting to go for service there unbearable. Offer rentals, buy them lunch. Make the customer feel appreciated and taken care of, not left to sit and sit while the tech is nowhere to be found. 5 stars to Juan for communicating. 2 stars for length of service.
