Juan was fantastic! He was very considerate about my time. He listened to what I said and answered my questions thoughtfully. In addition, he offered to have me ubered home but I told him I would be waiting in the wait room. As I waited for my car to be serviced, which took a few hour, Juan took the time to call me and give me updates and assured me that thing were moving as quickly as possible. Although I did not appreciate the long wait, I loved the fact that Juan took the time to keep me informed.
