Made appt for 8:45am. Appointment ignored first come first served with a 3 hour wait for an oil change! After hours waiting car returned but told me my check engine light was on. But I have to bring it back because you don't do diagnostic on Sunday! Never coming back and spreading the word.

I brought may car in for the 30,000 mile service on my Mirai. I was told that it would take a few hours but that I would be given a complimentary loaner during that time. When I went to check out the car, Enterprise informed me that if I did take a car, it would be coming out of my “Mirai days.”
I opted to request the complimentary shuttle instead. As it was close to 2p on Saturday, I was informed that although the shuttle could take me to my destination, it would not be able to bring me back to the dealership. I agreed to the terms. After waiting for almost half an hour, there was still no shuttle. The desk finally called an Uber but did not tell me that that was the plan. Instead, I got a call from the Uber driver himself telling me he was there to pick me up. As soon as I got into the car, the Uber driver said the trip had been canceled. I went back to the desk, where the service attendant apologized for the confusion, and then reordered the Uber.
When I finally picked up my car at the end of the day, it was not even washed!
Normally my experiences at Longo have always been great, but seeing my unwashed car after a day of disappointment just really left a bad taste in my mouth. Not up to the normal standard at all.
