Emily was terrific. The only problem that I had was the car rental. All these years I've been to Longo Toyota every trip was worth it for me and to stay there for hours was ok. But my last visit was very unpleasant with the car rental people. They was careless and ruthless. They were "just whatever " attitude. Really don't want to go there because of them. The car ren6people who were there in the past were soo nice like the Toyota employees but it seems like the people changed and so did the service. The worst feeling and service. Sad that those people just made Longo Toyota look bad. Definitely not going to Longo ever again.
