Vehicle was not checked, only driven around to see if they can hear the noise I was reporting. Based on what they “Heard” a diagnosis was given. Completely ridiculous. I waited 3hrs just for that. I came elsewhere where vehicle was checked and told that based on what the vehicle had, the dealership should have taken care of problem as it still had Toyota Warranty. FIRST OF ALL IF YOU DONT CHECK A CAR HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH IT.! I’ve been taking in cars for maintenance and other problems to you and was happy. But this guy really took his award my goodness.

Kayla was great. She did her job. Was frustrated with management with having to prove my dissatisfaction with issues of my brakes that were serviced at Longo months ago . I stated my frustration multiple times(past and present) with the quality of service and was blown off with, “ its normal and one can expect noise when braking”. My payment for the brake job was not defective, why should my brakes be? Then I get a note on my service paperwork that my rear rotors need to be replaced the next time I go in? Would the defective pads that were installed months again cause the rotors to be damaged? Could the fact that I shared my concern months ago have saved my rotors if they addressed them at that time? And then you allow me to take my vehicle with damaged rotors? Could my family be at risk? I left a message left Kayla as she is my only contact. Waiting for a response.

I am completely satisfied with my recent service experience with Miss Kayla Santos. She was very kind, honest, nice and very professional young lady. She helps me a lot including giving me a points how can I buy my tires for my Toyota Camry explaining about Sunbit. I remember I went to her area five times to asked questions and help without any hesitation. I wish my next service she will be my Service Advisor.
