his was by far the worst communication I've ever experienced. The Longo Toyota Courtesy Shuttle said it would take about 45 min to get picked up. I waited for an hour and a half, so I decided to call. The receptionist stated they sent an UBER and that a text message was issued to my cell phone. That was a lie! I never received any type of text message, phone call, or even an email to communicate to me that an UBER would be picking me up (I don't know why they would send an UBER). I am disappointed in Longo and in the attitude the receptionist spoke to me in. I will not be recommending their services or be a returning customer.

I was scheduled for 2pm. I ended up having to leave my car there all weekend and I was given an incredibly unacceptable rental car that drives horribly, gets terrible gas mileage, and is an embarassment to drive. We have 4 cars from Longo and we have 2 more kids that now have their permits and will be needing cars soon. I doubt we will use Longo again if this is the kind of service we can expect.

Ethan was great. The negative rating is because I went in today for a seat belt buckle. I was charged for the part and repair, but the part had to be ordered. I will have to make a second trip. Not only is this inconvenient but it’s also un safe (and illegal) for me to be driving without wearing a seat belt. And causes me to have to visit during a time where people are supposed to limit contact with others.

Nestor Gonzalez was awesome! Not only did he take the time to explain what happened to my car, what was needed, and why it was needed, he texted photos to add to my learning experience! How many people would do that? Nestor does, and I’m beyond appreciative. I bought my car last month, and this was my first visit to the service department......I expected at that. Nestor welcomes me and really took care of me. He made me feel as though my issues and concerns were the most important ones of the day. Thank you Nestor.
