My 5 month old 4runner driver seat is deforming and is not meeting quality standards- this is beyond what any normal wear and tear would be. Dealer stated that they compared it to a new vehicle that has a "lumpy seat". For a brand new car to have this kind of issue is completely unacceptable. Further more, where the bumper meets the front lights is popping out. I told Eric that I've pushed it back in and it just pops out again, he wrote that there was no issue, but they were popped back in when I picked it up; by the time I made it home they popped back out again. The clips holding it in place or the bumper is defective, but my concerns were disregarded. I expect when spending this kind of money for any item that it is of quality and I expect Toyota to stand by their product. I do not feel taken care of as a customer. If this is how Toyota treats their customers it will be the last car that I ever purchase from them; I will give this dealership one more time to make this right, or I will never bring my car back and will make a formal complaint to Toyota directly.
