I believe the service comes with a complimentary car wash. My car came in relatively clean since it has been raining for a couple days but I could tell it has not been washed when I got it back. Came in on a Sat with an appointment and still had to wait 2 hrs. Would not mind waiting for another 5 mins. Other than that it was great!

He wasnt rude or anything he just felt unfriendly personality wasnt warm like other reps. that have helped me. I didnt feel very welcomed or aporeciated i just felt like a number.
