I waited over 3.5 hrs for an oil change. Didn’t get my 10% discount your company emailed me. The rubber patch on my top hood flew off and I was quoted $150 to replace it due to my past 36k warranty on car. This is my 1st Camry I’ve ever purchased for over $30k brand new. You would think it would be replaced for no charge. Will never purchase Toyota again. I’ve serviced my car at Longo since the beginning and it seems worse every time I show up. Sorry to say that, but this is how I really feel.

I have had my car in the shop since last year. I was told it would be about a 30 day process. If you cared about your customers, you would pay my car payment for every month past 30 days that it’s been at the shop. You can pay for my monthly auto insurance and you can also pay for my enterprise Rent-A-Car. And you can pay for the gas I had to fill up in the rental. We are closing in on 4 months now and I still don’t even get an estimated completion date. I couldn’t imagine a Ferrari or other extremely customized car spending this much time to repair body work.
The true frustration is that when I speak to anyone at Longo, I’m told that there isn’t anything they can do about it. Longo Toyota is a scam. Mirai is a scam.

The wait was longer than estimated and to top it a off. I walk in to my car to see all my stuff in the middle drawer in a bag. Then I realize that something was done with the middle part because the cover under the cupholder between the seats facing the back seats was not put back. When the representative call me to say it was going to take even longer. He asked me to walk to his desk to get a gift card. Very disappointing the prudent customer service would have been to ask where I was and at least come to me to give me the gift certificate to Starbucks or subway. I had already spent on a coffee and pastry because the wait was long.
