I took my car in to get a recalled part replaced..Your team did not replace the recalled part, all they did was inspect it... I called the GM recall center and in their opinion they said it should have been replaced. The recall center spoke with another dealership and they have scheduled an appointment with me to replace the recalled part. I was very dissatisfied with my experience at your dealership.
