What happened to getting a car wash when the car gets serviced?

I had my Tahoe worked on just a few days before this one and needless to say the service with Robert was way better. He got me himself and walked me to the cashier, asked if I had any questions and helped me set an appt to get some body shop stuff complete. He was much more personal able than this Jennifer. I only saw her when I checked in. Never even followed up with my concerns with the trucks side step. After. He checking in, I never saw her again, even as I left.

I don’t know what affects this service will help with my car. Maybe it will run better. The tire service light still comes on. I was Hoping that would be fix. The right passenger side sensor warning light come on if I run over a bump. Thanks for your service.

Robert Maynard in the service department has always treated me and my trucks with great respect and perfect service. I will always bring my truck to him to service and really appreciate and value how quickly he was able to coordinate the final accessories on the new truck I just bought in order to tender delivery. He sets the expectation and meets it, every time. My trucks run like a dream when they are in Robert's care, and this new truck's sound system is competition level thanks to him. To top it all off, he's a great guy that really seems to care about me and my truck. I feel like I'm bringing my truck to a trusted friend every time I entrust it to Robert. You never know what you're going to get when you bring a vehicle into some place for service, but with Mr. Maynard at MK Smith in Chino, I know I am getting the truth and an accurate report of my truck diagnostics. Additional comments regarding my recent purchase: Edwin Rubio is a fantastic person, salesman, and asset to MK Smith. He worked very hard to bring this deal together and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided and amount of hard, quality work he put into closing the deal. He even gave me his cell phone number to stay in touch and always responded to my calls or texts. He should be considered for a promotion to a position of leadership or a supervisory role - he is that good and works that hard. Steven (I didn't catch his last name) in sales stepped up to help out on this deal too while Edwin was unavailable, and treated me with the same priority level that kept this deal spinning. I really appreciated him "pinch hitting" in that situation and bringing the close together. Joe Mauro in finance was great in finding us the best financing (my own bank has yet to beat it) and closed the deal out in a "low pressure" setting, which I really appreciated. He also offered additional incentives and negotiated with us to package the best complete deal on which both parties could agree. I lost confidence in Gary when He told us that my corvette Needed rear end gears when I brought it in for a recall Service. We called before Bringing my car in and asked If he had the parts and he Told me yes we can bring the Corvette in then about 2 hours Later he called me and told Me that he needed to order the Parts
