Gary is a great guy. Kept me well informed and it was a pleasure dealing with him. In fact I took my wife's car there this morning to be serviced and handed the keys over to Gary. I'm very pleased. Thank you for such great service.

Absolute worst service I’ve had at this dealership. From the service manager to the service advisor I’m contemplating going to another dealership. Extremely poor follow up to my service need. My vehicle remained at that dealership for 6 days with little or no priority. Service manager needs to follow up with me and be aware of what is happening around him and provide leadership and customer service training to those he should be a team with. Very unhappy with my experience at MK Smith.

This is the second time I've had to wait 4+ hours for sn pull change. Additionally when i picked up my car, the tire pressure was at 50 psi. I'm glad i caught our before i got too far away or a flat. I will not be back again and will also let friends and family know the ssme.

I was happy until I went to get in my truck and noticed a dent with a chip above the driver door handle that was not there when I brought it in . So now I have to go out of my way to bring it back to get fixed. I really do not have time for this . Hopefully I can get some type of compensation for this.
