After 4 weeks of ongoing AC repair issues the cutting out of the AC in the hot afternoon was never resolved. I took my vehicle to my other repair shop and they determined that one of the radiator fans was not working at higher temperatures. Replacing the fan relay resolved the AC problem. Throughout the ongoing ordeal Gary was very diligent at trying to resolve the problem and i thank him for his efforts.

The repair took much longer than I anticipated. I was not provided a free rental car in the meantime. Gary was friendly and helpful and the car was fixed but it took a couple of weeks. The parts should ship more quickly.

I do not want anyone contacting me. No need for that. I was satisfied with the work that was done, just not the time in which it took for that work to be done. I had no idea my car would be there for over seven hours to change the oil. If I had known that, I would have went somewhere else. I will go back there but just not on a Saturday. Ha ha
