We are going in circles with the service department trying to get a simple key fob to work consistently and from a distance farther than 2feet. We’ve done what the service technician told us to do and still the vehicle was returned in the same non working condition. Seems like we just get excuses and blame put on us rather than service actually diagnosing the real problem. I’ve always purchased GM vehicles but this simple problem going unresolved has me looking at other brands.

So I had some notifications that came on my dash that said my engine was pretty much overheating. (Turns out my coolant hose that connects to the engine had a leak.) I FREAKED OUT and immediately took it to the dealership where Jennifer came to my aid. She at first told me that everything was pretty much booked until next week. I think she could see how scared I was because 1. Even though my car wasn’t going to blow up, I thought it was going to blow up and 2. I work full time going back and forth to LA and needed my car ASAP because I work tomorrow. She somehow managed to get me in the books and my car was ready in 3 hours. I always come here, and even for an oil change I won’t get my car back for 6-9 hours. I don’t know how she did it, but Jennifer literally took all the stress out of my day, as much as now there’s stress about bills and money lol, and got my car up and running. So thank you, Jennifer (and thank you to the mechanics who fixed it.)
