My car was not washed and it looked like something was spilled on the outside of the door. This has never happened to me before. But I guess there is a first time for everything.

I brought my truck in for a broken handle that cost me $300.00 . The handle was fixed but my truck was returned with a broken snap . So I’m very disappointed that there is no care taken when handling customers vehicles. So now my truck has a permanent broken snap . And the parts was just throwing on the floor of the truck with no attempt to fix the issue . I know to you guys these issues a not a big deal but to me it is ,because it’s the only vehicle I have . So I take tremendous care of it .

I had terrible experience with Mike and your dealer. I had appointment for early morning. Mike promised me to finish my car by 1 o’clock. Also he said we will contact you about your car condition. The service was oil change, tire rotation and regular check points, plus the recall for software update. I never received a call. Then I call around 2:30. A girl answered and told me Mike is on lunch break. Then she told me they forgot to do the service my car but now they are going to work on it. I specially ask if my car will be ready by 3:30 and she said yes. I came to pickup my car at 3:45 and nothing was done. Mike seems like very careless. Even I tried to talk to the manager and he was careless too. They told me to leave the car or bring it next day to have oil change for free. I was so disappointed. My time is more valuable than $60 oil change. The service I got from your dealer was below standard. Again so disappointed. I didn’t even get a apology call today. If I were the manager I will offer more discount or at least call to follow up.
