When I called to make the appointment I don’t remember him telling me his name & if he did he never told me to ask for him when I came in to drop off my Tahoe. Jennifer Hunt was very nice and came right out when I drove up. I asked to please keep me updated on the status of my truck because I needed it by 5pm. He never called me, I called at noon time & left him a voicemail. He did call me back. When I got to MK service department, he was busy on the phone & had 2 gentlemen waiting for him. Again, Jennifer Hunt assisted me. When I got my Tahoe there was finger prints smudges on both side of my black Tahoe. I asked if they can wipe it clean because it looked like oil, but it was not.
