Mike at service refused to inspect my vehicle despite an email from on star alerting me to the problem and a reading of the specific code diagnosing the problem. He was rude, called me a liar and hung up on me. The next day I spoke to the manager Don, and assistant manager David. Went to pick up the vehicle and overheard a conversation between David and Mike. In Spanish calling me a liar, stupid, and stubborn. Also heard them say that I was unreasonable for wanted them to inspect the vehicle every time the check engine light comes on. I have never been treated worse by an employee of any industry in my life. It is shameful that either of them are holding a position or tittle that would be better fulfilled by any other junior employee. I submitted a complaint to corporate, removed my positive yelp review and substituted it with the current episode. Also had to warn our viewers on social media because I have sent many viewers to your sales and service department. Have even spoken well of you on YouTube videos that I have made. I was truly disappointed with the conduct of the service department. Please contact me for proper feedback.

Why make an appointment ? I had a 2pm, I went to lunch came back at 330 and my vehicle hadn't even been touched. 5 veh still in groin if me for an oil change. Disappointed we took our car and left. Work on your service dept. Metro Honda takes app first and gets you in and out.
