Took lot of time. Got the car an hour after the promised time and wasn't updated about the delay.

I was very disappointed with the results .. when I first walked in there they said that they could definitely help me get my tires exchanged with the five-year warranty .. then I get a call saying that my warranty didn’t get covered but they did have the tires for me if I wanted to buy them that’s not what I wanted to hear really disappointed .. The insurance warranty is all a joke no sense on buying that extra package.. it is worthless !!!!

Too long of a wait and way too much money for a signal light bulb. Customer service and follow up are are daily priorities that still need more comittment from all. I have spent lots of money on three vehicles and still do not feel satisfied.

There’s a problem with receiving the service report. When you pay the cashier she does not give it to you I’ve never received one and today I asked Mike about it he told me I would receive one and I did not. I asked the girl to give it to me and she went through the paperwork found it and gave it to me. But this is not the normal practice.
Also the service report is hard to read when it comes to tire rotation. Where it should say perhaps not needed it said not inspected. I spoke to Patricia explained explained it to me but it is not clear without explanation.
Other than that everything is OK.
