The service agent was great. The manager behind the parts counter was great.
The driver who refused to wait a few minutes to give me a ride was terrible. Ended up waiting close to an hour and getting a ride with another driver who was also great.
Also terrible was the agent behind the parts counter, who interrupted my conversation with the cashier about redeeming GM rewards point by confidently telling me that the dealer does not participate in such a program. I called GM and they told me that you do participate and I asked to speak to his superior.
