I was a bit unhappy with the service of Mike Lara, he never followed up with me. I took my truck in on a Monday and was unable to hear back from the service department until I went down in person on a Thursday and had to speak with Don the manager about what was going on with my vehicle. I don’t understand why you guys have those text message that say if I have any questions to text back or call? After attempting that and calling a few times and leaving voice messages you guys never got back to me. I had to go down in person. I do appreciate Don tho getting back to me ASAP once I spoke to him about my situation, but Mike needs to step up his game. The manager shouldn’t be whipping his ****.

Everything was fantastic up until I actually picked up my vehicle. The cashier asked me to wait outside and someone would pull my truck up to me. Someone definitely pulled my truck up, but failed to tell me.. and I apparently waited like 30 minutes until I finally realized my truck was waiting by the alleyway with the door wide open and the engine running. It would be have been nice if someone would have walked over to me, hand me my keys or just have the courtesy to say your truck is ready. Overall, Gary was very helpful, honest and professional. And **** was awesome and super friendly.

First I see line of your porters fold my truck mirror to which it is automatic control. I informed your service advisor and pretty much did not even care! Only one that spoke up was Jennifer I think that’s her. Picked up my truck did not receive receipt to what was completed on my truck. I been using your service department for 10 years but now I will use another dealership from hear on out! Seems like your service department has gone down hill in the years.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a service advisor. I went in for an oil change, recall, and 3rd brake light repair. I was advised it would take approximately 1.5 hours. My appointment was at 1 pm. I was early. I didn’t get an update on my vehicle until 5:25 pm. I inquired into the completion of my service and was advised the technician had another vehicle to service.

Mike Lara was rude, my service was terrible. I had an appointment at 10 am and I arrived at 9:55 am. My car didn’t get taken till 10:04, and I did not get my car service till 12:30pm and I did not leave till 1:30 pm. I didn’t even get an apology or anything. I will NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! Not only that Mike was rude and sexist to me.
