Gary Gavarrete, in the service department, always gives us tip top service! We take ALL of our company trucks to MK Smith for maintenance upkeep, even our Ford trucks. I would recommend MK Smith highly for service.

Poor customer service, was told to “Just pick my car up”. I don’t feel my concerns are ever looked into throughly after describing my issues. Now that problems has gotten work by being over looked, now being told thing are no longer under warranty. Dealer refuse to service problem under warranty until other unwarranted minor issues are resolved. Which this minor issue should have been discovered during the many times it was in dealership service Dept. . I don’t believe I will be bring my car back to this specific Chino location for any more future issues.

I love that my car gets fixed the right way, the first time. That’s why I keep coming back in case anything goes wrong. I’ve been fortunate enough to have fixed covered under warranty but even if I didn’t have it, I’d still come back for the service and knowing the quality of work being done here.

We were down a car when we dropped off our car. My son is going to have a surgery tomorrow and having this car fixed means I can drive my 8 year old son to surgery at 4:30am and my wife will then be able to drop off his twin sister and then join us at the hospital. Having this car fixed is allowing us to focus on our sos needs in preparation for this life changing surgery.
