I have a new 2020 Equinox. I was not happy how my cars interior was returned after my headliner was fixed. I had spots on my seats and also my trucks backseat protectors were not put back right. I have not touched this part of my vehicle.

Completely satisfied with Paul's service & professionalism. This is also consistent with the Service person that completed our repairs. However, your appointment online scheduler & call system needs improvement. I tried multiple times to access my account & your system would not allow me to schedule an appointment. When I tried to call, it rolled over to your directory prompt which then rolled over to the generic Department voicemail. On multiple trys, I was not able to reach a live Operator. I had to email your Service Manager. Also, upon completion of the service, it would be nice at the least if the car's windshield (especially on a day that had rained) & interior be vacuumed. When we go to a Lexus Dealership, they even offer a free carwash.

I always trust the quality of work done on my cars at MK Smith. This time my car was there for three days before it was completed. The problem was that communication regarding the status of my car was very poor. I called many times , left voice mail and got no return calls. I even went through the operator a couple of times but still could not get connected to my service contact person. I actually had to physically come to the dealership twice to find out the status of my car. That is unacceptable.

I have an appointment to take my vehicle in and when I showed up the service writer said that he could not take my vehicle. I explained multiple times that I had an appointment. The service writer kept insisting that they did not have time for my vehicle. Eventually he accepted the vehicle. I requested to have the car wash and he told me no without an explanation.I had to ask questions in order to get it explained as to why the dealership does not wash cars anymore.
