Vehicle was taken in for oil change and 2 recalls. Recall issue would not be resolved since check engine light was not on. We called Chevrolet and they called Mike. Mike was not responsive. He wasn’t even available to explain to me what was actually done to my vehicle when I picked it up. My car was there for 2 days and only the oil change was complete. We were never go in any updates and had to call multiple times just to get an eta. We had no loaner vehicle and this was very irritating as I had to call out of work.
