It seemed as though it took to long (3 weeks) not to find the problem. Then when the truck was suppose to be delivered it wasn't ready where I received the under lying feeling that the person was "slammed with work" and was jumping off my truck to chase work on recall items on new 2019 models. When the truck was returned it came back with an irritating squeak in the console and I picked it up yesterday. I;m sure that this isn't the last that I return it for the original problem a leak in the floor board/firewall which allows rain water in and soak the carpet on the drivers side front floor and back. Also seems that I did a lot of calling to see what was up and then the truck was checked on and given an answer. W was willing to except all the time without question up to the date it was suppose to be returned and then put off from Friday to Monday which on Friday I did lose my cool and called as I saw it. What is flat rate eight hours to put in a carpet and seats if you stay on the sane job

Took my Truck in because I was having problems braking . Come to find out there’s a recall on my vacuum pump but MK doesn’t have my part so it’s back ordered 2-3 weeks so I was sent home with a brake issue instead of giving me a rental until Chevy fixes my problem so I’m driving a truck that might not stop!! This can’t go on Help me resolve this safety issue ASAP!!
