The shuttle service is inconvenient due to having to wait and depending on the location of the different drop off points it can be very time consuming. You should consider more drivers and one that starts at 7am when I had my appointment. Other dealers are using Lyft for local pick up and drop off. Thx

Car was not ready by expected time. Did not receive updates on status. Requested primary contact info be changed but revived texts including this survey link at old number. Call several times to get updates and either went to voicemail or ended in a call transfer loop finally ending in voicemail. When we went to pick up the car, there were idle employees who appeared to be more interested in conversing with each other rather than help.

No issue with David or Gary. fleet vehicle was dropped off on Monday 11/4/19 and took about out 1.5- 2 hours of my work day from Dropping off vehicle and get into rental car. Picked up vehicle and noise issue not resolved. Wasted another 1.5- 2 hours to drop off rental and pick up fleet vehicle. Found staining on headliner and visor of interior from unknown tech but David was able to clean off most of the stain.
Pending to schedule another date to drop off vehicle and loaner car.
