When Comparing to Rotolo, where i used to go with my 2013 Tahoe......
Wait time was much better than Rotolo BUT I’m disappointed because Rotolo washes your vehicle as part of the oil change and tire rotation.

The only thing that concerned me was when I was told I had carbon build up on my throttle body when checking my car for a different problem. After I told him that I had that work done already, he said I didn't go back far enough to see that. So the question is did they not do the job correctly when it was done? Or was he just trying to sell me something that I really didn't need? I'd like to know witch one it is.
