I had arrived at 12:47 for my 1:00 p.m appointment and I was told my vehicle should be done by 2:35. At 2:30 I decided to ask how much longer would it be and they didn’t even start on my car as of yet. It would of been nice if someone would of told me that they were running behind schedule, but because the lead guy handling my car was out to lunch no one picked up the slack. I didn’t appreciate the way I was handled, I will go to different location next time.

I was very satisfied with my service provider Matt. He worked with me and my frustrations. My frustrations of having 4 services in a matter of 3-4 months for nearly $4,000! I find this ridiculous with my car only being 6 years old and 87,000 miles! The AC hoses, starter, coolant hoses, and then the water pump! Ridiculous! I’m just hoping my car gets me through the next year without anything major happening! I now know why I have been getting ENDLESS pieces of mail regarding my car being a LEMON! I loved my two Tahoes before this, they both were extremely reliable cars that I never had a probably with. I realize MK Smith has nothing to do with the manufacturing of the car. The service provided by you was excellent, can’t help that it’s my car that is falling apart!
