I’m still waiting on a response as to why my tow package that Rob said would have both the round and flat plug for trailering my boat. It does NOT have the 5-1 flat plug. The one I was told was being installed. It was not

Robert Maynard took care of us. We have had a couple of issues with our Tahoe in the past and have always brought it back to MK Smith. It’s quite a drive but service has always been great.
Last couple of times we had to bring it in, the service has only been so so or they cannot find the problem.
Robert not only found every issue bought helped get all them resolved.
We were very close to leaving Chevy but this level of service is keeping us loyal to Chevy and MK Smith.
