Well they need to keep customer updated on progress of vehicle and triple check work that's being done. This I took my truck in for an oil change and a tapping noise and they found out it was coming from an exhaust seal to the manifold so in the process of removing to get to the seal they broke a bolt off. Then had to send it out to get broken bolt removed. The sad thing the last four times I've taken it in for an oil change there have been issues. I'm just trying to take my truck to a company dealership thinking they would know best and I keep getting disappointed????

Robert handled my issues with true professionalism and addressed all my concerns. Within ten minutes of arriving Robert had a mechanic underneath my car diagnosing the problem. He had my car returned under the same time frame he promised to be completed by, which was greatly appreciated. I plan on returning in the future for all my 2011 Camaro related repairs.
