Vehicle was taken in twice for smelly air conditioning. Smells like mildewed water when the car starts. Both times it seems the tech simply sprayed deodorizer in the intake. Seems like there is water stuck in the system. The second time we took it in, one day following service, oily substance is dripping out of a/c blower under glove box all over the floor mat. Also, same oily substance is blowing out of dash vent all over dash. Car is brand new only 5,000 miles on it. I will follow up with service department manager on Monday.

You guys did not rotate my tires, I’m not 100% certain that you guys even did the inspection if you guys didn’t even rotate them. Not going back to you guys for service. I’ve purchased 7 vehicles from MK smith since 2005. I won’t be buying another there. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. If you guys can’t do the little things right, I will not trust you with the big things like the maintenance on a $50k vehicle.

I was informed today that the application used by the MK Smith in Chino does not map my comments or reported issues from the online scheduling site. Because of this, an issue with one of my windows which I was hoping to have someone look at could not be done. How could an appointment be scheduled when the service advisors don’t even know what the problem is or how long the repair/service may take?

I recently took my car in for service, and when I went back to pick up my vehicle, and I wanted to ask the gentleman that had helped me when I turned in my car a question, and i was completely ignored. He didn't even take acknowledgement of me as I was standing no more than 5 feet away while he was conversatting with an co worker. Other than that I don't have an issue with anything else.
