Although all employees are very nice and professional. However, the amount of time it took to change my oil was ridiculous. 2 1/2 hours with an appointment. Although not expected, most dealerships wash the car or windows with service. I was extremely disappointed with the wait. I can understand the wait with a walk-in but not an appointment.
