As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars I think it would be a good idea to say the costs of some of the sections on the inspection that were bad and possibly have someone directly tell me if where and when I should get it done. Shortly before 6, I waited while the lady before
Was taken care of then I gave the cashier my name
And asked her what was done and about any warranty,
I then handed her my credit card and before I could give
My auto club card she asked for my I.D which I then
Took out and handed to her, she then handed me my bill
To which I said I have my AAA card for my discount, as I handed it to her she told it was to late as she had already invoiced my paperwork, I asked her to credit it back to my card and redo it with my 10% off or $50.00 off and she told me it was to late.
To say I’m upset is an understatement, this young lady was rude unprofessional and in my opinion had no concern for the customer. I do not appreciate loosing lany type of discount on a $946.00 invoice.

My concern is the volt has been discontinued and this car has already surpassed the the total number of required repairs for any new car I’ve purchased. I’ve owned several new Toyotas, Fords, and a Kia . And I still have 2+ years of $560 payments to make. This latest repair cost me$700 because the warranty didn’t cover it
