When we left for our weekend getaway I noticed all our plugs for our iPhones and iPads were missing, I had one for the drivers seat the middle seat and back seat total of three iPhone plugs and one auxiliary cord male to male for my MP3 player. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my battery dying. Fortunately it was under warranty but it was replaced 6 times in last 8 months by AAA. During this time 2 other mechanics attempted to repair the issue but could not find the problem resulting in a reoccurrence of my battery dying. I needed other service done which I be relied on MK Smith to perform over the years. So I took the opportunity to have Robert advise me on the battery issue along with other service issues. After I described my battery issue he immediately knew what the problem was when others couldn’t. Turns out my OnStar was defective and stuck on On and not turning off which constantly drew power from the battery resulting in a dead battery- appx 6 times in 8 months. Robert’s service has always been great but I was very impressed with his knowledge as well. The repair wasn’t cheap. But I’m glad it’s finally properly repaired. So YES. I’m completely satisfied with Robert and I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for service as well as recommend Robert and MK Smith to friends. Overall service was average. I've been taking my vehicle for the past 4 years to mk Smith for service. I'm a bit disappointed my ac isn't working on the vehicle. I thought it would be covered under electrical warranty. Vehicle never showed any signs of failure it just went out. I was under the interpretation that a mpvi might of found the problem in my recent visits.
