This was the first time visiting your dealership and I left very disappointed! I took my 2016 Chevy Malibu for a specific issue which I have already researched. I let the service man know I’m bringing my car in to have the engin power reduce light fixed. He said they needed to run a complete diognostic and will let me know later. I called back at 1pm to find out the status of my car and at that time he bagsin to tell me they needed to change an oil sensor and drop the oil pan. I asked what dues that have to do with the Engine power reduce light. He said they were looking at all codes and wanted me to authorize $400 to simply drop the oil pan. Then they needed to keep the car for two more days. All this was rediculose for a gas throttle replacement. So I picked up my car and took it to a local mechanic. This was the first and last I will be taking my car to your dealership. I felt being taken advantage of just fir a quick buck. I have now called GM and started a case on my car and mentioned my unhapywirh your dealership. Very unhappy and disappointed!

While I appreciate you changing my oil. I didn’t appreciate that you changed my synthetic oil and top of the line filter that had 85% of its life left in it with cheap oil and filter. I ran my car on gas power(I have a volt) and it smelled terrible! If you are going to change the oil and filter you should replace it with equivalent products. I run synthetic because it has the same viscosity rating at all temperatures. Also, it has better detergent qualities and lasts longer. Please keep
this in mind in the future.

As we go through this difficult time with the nation battling against COVID 19, I truly do not appreciate your service team pressuring a customer to get unwarranted services on a vehicle that went in for an oil change and to check the front brakes. The person who accepted my vehicle appeared to only want to up sale me, rather than address my immediate needs and request. To boot, he failed to inform me about the 10% discount on service fees if I was a AAA card holder, when I asked to help me out with the $399 service charge for brake service. I was only told to prevent close contact with anyone at the time of pick up , I could pay online.
As a Chevy owner who recently located from the Diamond Bar area to Ontario, I’ve always serviced my vehicle at a local Chevrolet dealer. As of now and because of how I was treated, and the way your service team member made me feel, I would rather drive to Puente Hills Chevrolet to get future service on my vehicle. At least there I was treated as a customer, not an ATM to enhance one’s commission.
