Took my truck in for service with an appointment, service manager asked what I was there for told him then told about front end suspension was making noise, same thing I put down when scheduling my appointment he said that he didnt have time I would need to reschedule for that...also when I scheduled my appointment I said I need a front end alignment, that wasn't done so I took to a tire shop to get it done...just wish when I scheduled my appointment they would have e told me they couldn't do what I needed done. I do plan to take my truck back when I can get another day off, but plan to schedule thru Jason Davis to make sure things get done, and yes I paid for the extra warranty (bumper to bumper) so not sure why they could just fix the things I needed. Completely understand alignment is not covered but I'm sure the lift is coved, I had the dealership put it on when I bought the truck...just a little frustrated they way the service was done....

I was not happy with the customer service from Fernando He quoted a price an explain what parts my car need replace to my wife. Then I called and had him explain to me and what washer explain to me at the end not all parts were replaced. I use to trust you guys with all my cars. I bought all my cars there but for the pass few times we have needed service it hasn’t been good. Either customer service, or mis communication with mechanics, or service. I felt today I was mislead and taken advantage of. I have lost trust.

Took truck in for the second time for wet floor was never kept up to date on what the status was in 3 weeks. When I picked it up they said couldn't find a problem looked under floor board and floor was still wet drivers side front and rear with mold showing on floor mats truck has now been **** with MK Smith now for a total of 7 weeks for the same problem in fact its the same amount of time that I made 2 payments and its been at the dealer ship. The truck will now go back to the dealer ship this Monday 5/4/2020 for the 3rd time to search for the problem. It was quoted to me that they just spray it with water waiting to see where it leaks. When I picked it up they didn't even wash it it was dripping with water. Gary is in an in positionable position he doesn't do the work he just reports what he is told
