My keys to my vehicle were misplaced and the staff couldn’t find or get a hold of the person who last had them. My husband had to drive back home to get our spare and bring them back to me so I could drive my car home. They are closed over the weekend, so I have to think about a stranger having my keys and having access to my car over the weekend. Staff was nice. But the problem has not been fixed yet.

Before I brought my truck for service, I spoke with a person whose name unfortunately I didn’t get. He stated that I could drop it off as an early bird.
Or if I could get to the dealer by 5:00 they would take it in, so I told him I would try to make it, hung up the phone and got on my way.
I arrived at 4:55. Nobody would take it and write the order, they wanted me to put my key in an envelope and write down what I was there for , since they were about to close. I tried to tell them that it wasn’t 5:00 yet and told them about the conversation I had with someone earlier, nobody remembered talking to me.
Mike walks up and asks what is going on I explained my situation and no more questions asked he just helped me. So thank you very much Mike. The rest of your team except the Lady in the department need to keep your customers satisfied. It only took Mike a couple of minutes to write up the work order.

Jennifer always makes me feel like an important customer. Chevrolette makes great automobiles and they don’t require a lot of interaction with the service department like things were decades ago. However, considering the small amount of time spent actually purchasing a car the main interaction with the dealership is still with your service manager.
