Our car was damaged while being service and repaired without letting us know. I could see the front bumper had been repainted and brought it right back to the service department. Fernando said the service manager was responsible for not calling! No documentation of the accedent at all!
I am very upset with the way this was handled, how can you replace a customer's front bumper without letting them know first! I left messages with the general manager and service manager, still waiting for response.

Was not happy at all with the work
done on my one month old 2020 Traverse! Very disappointed! Had the Traverse emblem changed to black. When we picked it up all 3 emblems had scratches on the vehicle itself. Will never recommend MK Smith service department
