The service writer was very thorough, my issue was when I returned home I found a liquid in my center console. It turned out to be cat urine i believe the drivers side window was left down. My wife was not very happy with the strong odor.

We came in for a leak issue. After leaving the car for over a week and paying over 2000 dollars. The issue was not fixed, but from what we were told, after you replaced the radiator, a new issue occurred which would cost us more , than additional 500 dollars to repair. There is now more of a leak than before. We paid over 2000 dollars and had to stop driving to work for a week in this economy, all for the initial problem to have increased. We feel as we cannot trust your expertise. We are very very dissatisfied.

Follow up phone calls would help you stand out. Although it is fast and easy service, there is lacking of personal connection to customers.This is only my 2nd time at your facility and both times I never received a call to clarify the needs of my vehicle or to see if I had any questions.
