The car was in the shop more than a week, no follow up phone call at all.
The can was extremely dirty during pick up.
They supposed to have the parts ready, but they are not, that’s why it takes a week to fix.
I will not use MK Smith from now on.

Not happy at all. Dropped my car off for warranty repairs. Left it for two days so It could get done properly without having to rush the service Dept. I dropped it off Monday and today, Wednesday I notice an electrical cable under the dash hanging down with an open connection. Now the engine display on dash say electronic brake sensor failure. So now I get to come back again tomorrow to find out what it is. Didn't anyone bother to see if everything was repaired correctly. Does anyone check the service technicians work????? Apparently not. I paid over $60,000 dollars for this vehicle. Is this the type of service customers deserve???? I will be calling Chevrolet and GMC. So not happy with this.

With gary yes he always great bought 4 new tires and got my car back with the white lube they use to put the tires on all over the tires it looked like crap the mechanic could have wiped it off but I spoke with don the manager and he was great and gave me a coupon for a car wash

I was told I could do a late pick up which meant I had to be there by 4 o'clock I arrived at the dealership at 3 o'clock and got the run around from the sales man which is where I was told to pick it up. Finally I get my car and my keys and I leave with no receipt but they did take my money and the cashier was rude. I sure miss Dennis and Carissa in the xashier office. Customer service has gone downhill
