Not provided detailed report on my car status, he was on the phone with an extended car warranty and verbal report was "tech was out, and the DTC codes are old, stop looking the TBS, that will jot fix the car". Will not bring any of my cars to this dealership and will make verbal and write reviews online, already file a claim with Chevrolet/GM. I have enough evidence about my car failings from other Chevy dealers, photos, videos, documentation and thos will go to my attorney.

Very dissatisfied... did not listen to customer to fix problem. I brought my vehicle to be repaired during this tough time and wasted my time... I have talked to a friend who works at another dealership and was told do not take vehicle back. He stated your dealership does not have the right people in place there. 2 1/2 hr wait..! I had a issue with my right side mirror, it gets stuck sometimes in the morning, I wanted it checked out, I was told it was working properly “today”.
It will get stuck again, guaranteed.! I wanted it repaired before my warranty runs out in a few months, after the warranty is off, GM won’t cover it, I know there is something wrong, it needed to be taken apart, and checked, I’m sure it’s some type of motor problem or hearing issue, but because it was working today, it wasn’t investigated.. Properly.. NOT GOOD.!

My vehicle has been giving me trouble off and on and I’ve only had the car a few months. Each time I took it in I didn’t get the best service considering It was an inconvenience and I don’t have an extra car to get around. The shuttle was able to take me to work after i dropped it off but they shut down shuttle service early so I had to get an Uber back. I’m not even sure if the issue has been permanently fixed as this is my second time taking the car in for service on the same issue.
