I bought my truck and wife’s car, I’ve been a loyal customer since 2013. In January 2019 my check engine light came on. I took. It into you mk smith and u advised it was fixed and the engine throttle box was cleaned. About 2 weeks later my check engine light comes on. Well with life family and work I was too busy to take it in. Today 4/3 I took my truck in to get fixed. Gary did advise if I decide to get the truck fixed there would be no diagnostic fee. Well after being told that it would cost $657 I told Gary that way to much for me to afford. Mk Smith still decides to charge me over $150 for a diagnostic. I’ve been in chino all my life and say have many more of my family and friends. Never again am I going back to MK what a rip off. I took it to another spot he charged me $440 and hey cleaned the throttle box that was never done by MK Smith. You guys are money hungry so much for taking care of loyal customers

Fernando told me how long it would take for my truck to be serviced and it was done right on time I been a Toyota customer for the last 20 years and they treated my family very well and I’m trying to establish a relationship with a Chevrolet dealer I wasn’t happy with the service at another Chevrolet dealer I tried so I tried mike Smith first time there and with Fernando and everything went smoothly no issues so far what I have experienced great customer service

Gary Gavarette, in the service department, always provides excellent service! I get all three of my work trucks serviced at MK Smith & one of them is Ford F250! I highly recommend MK Smith for any of your vehicles maintenance needs.

Your technicians are very incompetent. It is the second and last time my truck was there. Once again...my front bumper filthy with oil stains, overfilled the crankcase. Lost one hub cap on my way home. Very lousy professionalism. NO MORE.

I received a call from Mike Lara on Thursday 3/26 regarding a part that was ready my 2018 Traverse vehicle. Mike told me to bring my car in on Friday between 7a-8a to have my car serviced. I dropped my car off Friday 3/27 around 7:30a and inquired about a shuttle service because I did not have a ride back home. Mike mentioned MK was trying to eliminate too much person-to-person contact because of the Corona virus. I asked how long it would be before my car was ready and I was told no more than two hours. I told Mike I did not want to sit outside in the cold exposed for two hours and I will request an Uber if needed and he said OK. Mike stated the person running the shuttle wasn’t in yet but he will see if she can take me home when she gets in at 8am. I waited over in the outside waiting area for a potential ride and I saw a young man pull up in a Silver Traverse and motioned to a man sitting by me that he was here for his shuttle service. At that point, I was upset at the fact that there was already an existing shuttle service taking place. I saw my car pull around the corner getting ready for service. My brakes were really loud which was a concern I had previously. I walked over and asked Mike about my brakes and I mentioned I was aware about the shuttle service. Mike said my brakes checked out fine per my last visit and he could not give an answer or sound advice regarding my brake issue. Mike also stated he put my name down for the shuttle so I should be next to be picked up. My shuttle came and a nice young man escorted me to the same Silver Traverse and introduced himself as the shuttle driver. During my ride I inquired about MK Smith’s shuttle service and I was advised that the shuttle ran all day until 3pm and that I could even request a ride back once my vehicle was ready. I do not know why I was treated differently from Mike when I requested the shuttle service from the beginning. This so far has been my worst experience with MK Smith due to the inconsistency of the customer service provided.

Not bad, but my phone charging cord is now stuck under the seat after reinstall and I can’t use it, and there was a 30 amp fuse on the floorboard that I don’t know if it was a mistake, or just left after replacement—it’s still in tact though.
