My appointment was at 8:00 and I was the third vehicle there. I was there for a tire rotation, oil change, a nail in one of my tires and two recalls. Paul Gonzalez told me it would only take 2 to 3 hours so I waited and I was there for 5 and a half hours and when I was done there I confronted him and asked him why it took so long he said I did not have an appointment and did not know I was waiting but my paper note said 8:00 appointment and waiting
