Had a brake issue after delivery and had to return the vehicle with minimal braking action. Gary promptly had it repaired and redelivered within 30 minutes. Great job by Gary to salvage what otherwise was a good experience. Thank you Gary!

I had my vehicle serviced back in December 2019 and on the vehicle inspection sheet it said my back brakes were at 4mm. So therefore I expected they probably needed to be replaced at this visit but I was told they were fine. Didn’t receive a vehicle inspection sheet so I don’t really know what the depth of the brake pads are. Don’t like messing around with breaks cause you got to stop when you have to stop.

It took 90 minutes for a simple oil change/tire rotation (with appointment) and when I received the vehicle every tire was a different PSI ranging from 43 to 50. It makes me wonder if they even actually rotated the tires, or replaced my oil/filter.
Jennifer was extremely pleasant and concerned with my satisfaction. I liked dealing with Jennifer. I simply found no evidence to suggest the service techs care for the well-being of my vehicle.
I stopped using MK Smith years ago after being a faithful customer and three bad experiences (two related to the work performed and one related to false advertisement received in the mail which the owner pathetically blamed on the marketing company).
I decided to give MK Smith another shot since years have passed. Unfortunately I still have no faith in the technicians. Too bad because I liked Jennifer.
