May need to improve communication from the service advisor and the technician. It just a routine oil change and tire rotation. It takes 3hrs ti complete. If i did not follow up my car it would not found out that the car is already done service

I told them on arrival I was there for an oil change and windshield wiper fluid. When I was checking out the cashier guy didn’t mention it and I asked again I came for oil change and my wind shield wiper fluid. He responded oh yes we top it off. Mines are completely empty still. I live in a dusty area so I use it a lot and that’s why when I went in I told them. I was driving away and tried to use it completely empty, sadly I didn’t have time to go back I’m really on a tight schedule. Now I have to find time to go back, saw the paper they gave me had wind shield fluid check they check it was good to go was completely empty still so false.
