I told them on arrival I was there for an oil change and windshield wiper fluid. When I was checking out the cashier guy didn’t mention it and I asked again I came for oil change and my wind shield wiper fluid. He responded oh yes we top it off. Mines are completely empty still. I live in a dusty area so I use it a lot and that’s why when I went in I told them. I was driving away and tried to use it completely empty, sadly I didn’t have time to go back I’m really on a tight schedule. Now I have to find time to go back, saw the paper they gave me had wind shield fluid check they check it was good to go was completely empty still so false.

One thing the service department scheduling on the website can improve upon is the accuracy of the times. More specifically, I had an 11:00 AM appointment on Saturday. When I arrive, I’m told I can return on Monday to pick up the car. Since there are no loaner vehicles, I asked if I could just bring it back Monday morning. If the website scheduler has 11:00 AM as an available time, then the work should be done that day. As it was, I brought it back Monday and picked it up later that day. But I had to disrupt two days - Saturday and Monday - to get it done.
