Upon opening, the service techs should separate awaiting cars by those who have appointments versus walk in customers. Customers who have first of day appointments but that are farther back in line have to wait to be checked in. My wait was 30 minutes before a service tech checked me in.

Great customer service once again from Juan Ayala. He represents Hardin Honda in a most positive light, he is attentive, he listens, is approachable and willing to address questions and concerns.
A small suggestion: It appears the coffee maker needs to be repaired or replaced. More than one Hardin staff member tried to make it work but unfortunately it still did not work.
Please share my feedback with Juan Ayala. He should be complimented and rewarded for what he does day in and day out. Thank you.
