I was not completely satisfied with your service. My service contact, Zack was fine. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle. But your service department can benefit by offering the following services to your customer.
1. Supply a loaner car or a low cost rental if the customer's remains at your facility for longer than 1 week. I was without my vehicle for almost 2 weeks. That's a long time to not have your car. This would really make your customers happy.
2. Offer an Uber of Lyft service for your service customers. Subaru offers this and it's a huge help. Your complimentary shuttle is nice, but not always convenient or available. Subaru provides an Uber/Lyft to your home AND the same service that will pick you up from your home back to the Dealer when the service to your car has been completed. There is no charge to the customer. How convenient is that, indeed.
Consider providing these 2 services to your customer and I for one, will not take my car anywhere else but to your dealership for service.
Any I probably speak for many, many of your customers.
